Refund Policy

At Platinum Swim Club LLC, we strive to provide excellent service and a positive experience for all members and participants. 

Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Memberships:

Annual Memberships are non-refundable once purchased, except in cases where Platinum Swim Club LLC is unable to provide the promised services (e.g., permanent closure of the facility or cancellation of the program).

Memberships cannot be transferred or shared.

Prorated refunds will not be issued for unused time on memberships.

Swim Lessons & Programs:

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the start date of a swim lesson or program are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

No refunds will be issued once the program has started.

Missed classes due to personal scheduling conflicts, illness, or no-shows are not eligible for refunds.

Merchandise & Digital Products:

Physical merchandise (such as gear, apparel, or accessories) may be returned within 14 days of purchase if unworn, unused, and in original packaging. 

Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Digital products, downloads, and promotional items are non-refundable.

Exceptions:

Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis in extraordinary circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, relocation).

 Written documentation may be required.
